CTET July 2014 notification is released www.ctet.nic.in, official website of Central Teacher Eligibility Test, Central Board of Secondary Education. The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India has entrusted the responsibility of conducting the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET July 2014) to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE.

CTET July 2014 Notification:

You can download CTET July 2014 notification from the official website of Central Teacher Eligibility Test. CTET July 2014 information bulletin is made available at: www.ctet.nic.in to download for applying online.

CTET July 2014 Minimum Qualification:

For Classes 1 to 5:

Applicants should have a degree of Senior Secondary or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education

Or

Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)

Or

Bachelor and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education

For Classes 6 to 8:

Bachelor and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education

Or

Bachelor with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed)

CTET July 2014 Exam Pattern:

CTET July 2014 exam pattern covers two papers for classes 1 to 8. There are Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) in each paper. Each question contains four alternative answers with one mark. There is no negative marking in CTET July 2014.

Paper I will be for those persons who intend to be teachers for classes I to V

Paper II will be for those applicants who intend to be teachers for classes VI to VIII

Note: those persons who want to be teachers for both levels in CTET JULY 2014 (classes I to V and classes VI to VIII) can appear in both the papers (Paper I and Paper II).

Candidates will face total 150 MCQs for Paper I (for Classes I to V) in CTET Exam July 2014 of 150 maximum marks. There are total 1 and half hours of time duration to solve these questions.

CTET July 2014 syllabus for Paper I covers - Language I, Language II, Mathematics and Environmental Studies and Child Development and Pedagogy.

Candidates have to face total 150 MCQs for paper II (for classes VI to VIII) also in CBSE CTET Exam July 2014. Candidates will have 1 and half hours to solve this paper.

CTET July 2014 syllabus for Paper II covers - Language I, Language II, Social Studies or Mathematics and Science and Child Development and Pedagogy.

CTET Exam July 2014 date is notified through the advertisement details of Central Teacher Eligibility Test. CTET Exam July 2014 date is confirmed in July, 2014 for paper 1 and paper 2.

CTET July 2014 Medium of Questions:

Medium of questions for CTET July 2014 exam will be English or Hindi. Applicants are suggested to choose a medium of question while applying online.
