UPSC CDS (I) 2013 – UPSC CDS 1 2013 Notification Released for UPSC Combined Defence Services (CDS) I Exam 2013

UPSC CDS (I) 2013 notification is released by www.upsc.gov.in, official website of Union Public Service Commission through an examination notice number 02/2013-CDS-I dated 10th November, 2012. UPSC CDS 1 2013 is released for Combined Defence Services (I) 2013 (including SSC Women (Non-Technical) Course).

Union Public Services notifies for Combined Defence Services (I) Examination 2013 through an notification number 8/2/2012-E(B). UPSC CDS (I) 2013 is scheduled conduct on 17th February, 2013.

• Opening Date of UPSC CDS (I) 2013 Registration: 10th November, 2012
• Closing Date of UPSC CDS 1 2013 Online Registration: 10th December, 2012

UPSC CDS (I) 2013 Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must be a citizen of India as per the rules and regulations of Government of India.

Age Limit, Gender and Marital Status:
For IMA - (Unmarried Male Candidates): candidates must not be born earlier than 2nd January, 1990 and not later than 1st January, 1995.

For Indian Naval Academy - (Unmarried Male Candidates): male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 1992 and not later than 1st January, 1995.

For Air Force Academy - (Unmarried Male Candidates): born date should not be earlier than 2nd January, 1991 and not later than 1st January, 1995 to apply for UPSC CDS (I) Exam 2013.

For Officers’ Training Academy – (SSC Course for Men): male candidates (married or unmarried) born date should not be earlier than 2nd January, 1989 and not later than 1st January, 1995 to apply for UPSC CDS 1 Exam 2013.

For Officers’ Training Academy (SSC Women Non-Technical Course): unmarried women, issueless widow and issueless divorce female born date should not be earlier than 2nd January, 1989 and not later than 1st January, 1995 to apply for UPSC Combined Defence Services I Exam 2013.

Educational Qualification:

For IMA and Officers’ Training: candidates should have a degree or equivalent from a recognized University to apply for UPSC Combined Defence Services 1 2013.

For Indian Naval Academy: candidates should have a degree in Engineering to apply for UPSC Combined Defence Services I 2013.

For Air Force Academy: candidates should have a degree from a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 Level) or Bachelor Degree in Engineering to apply for UPSC CDS (I) 2013.
